Our Story
Colorado native, Lucas Schleicher, received his degree in
Construction Management from CSU in 2008.
Upon graduating, he was invited to work for a prestigious Northwest
civil company. Mr. Schleicher's passion for earthwork, and dedication
to his craft enabled him to work on a variety of large-scale projects throughout the country. These experiences helped build relationships, garner credibility, and developed the confidence to pursue his dream:
to found his own company, Schleicher Construction, LLC.
