"The City of Loveland is pleased with the work performed by Lucas on a recent sewer lift station improvements project.  The cost of the project was just under $200,000 and consisted of wet well and piping modifications to accept a future pump.  Other improvements included the preparation and coating of the concrete wet well interior and all other piping installed on the project.  Lucas excelled in his role as both Project Manager and Superintendent on this project.  His ability to communicate effectively with the Owner from the submittal phase through the construction phase was top-notch.  Lucas did a great job of coordinating the work of his crew and his subcontractors including the critical time of bypass pumping during the coating operations.  The City is pleased with the outcome of the project and looks forward to working with Lucas again in the future "
